Chocolate chip cookies.

One day me and the girls baked chocolate chip cookies. First we  cream butter, sugar and vanilla together until light and fluffy. We added egg beating well. So we sift flour and baking powder together and mix into creamed mixture. We rolled heaped teaspoonful of mixture into balls and place on an oven tray. Also we flattened slightly with a floured fork. Bake at 190 c for about 12 minutes or until pale golden. Makes about 35. The recipe is in the edmonds cookery book. Blog you later!

  1. Yum Josie, those cookies look delicious! Thanks for sharing the recount of how you made them. Maybe next time, you could set out how you made something as a procedure for others to follow, step by step. It would also need a list of ingredients, that told people what quantities to use. We're all really looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow in our first online meeting. As we start back to school with distance learning, don't forget that all these things you've been doing in the holidays has been learning too - make sure you keep baking, helping your family and playing games. See you tomorrow :-)

  2. Hey Josie,
Those cookies looke delicous. You were a fabulous help to make them. Here's a little tip, maybe you could add in what you did and what your job was. My job was to sort out the dry ingrediants, remember? Also, you could add what you thought about it. Were you happy or excited, were you glad? Or, were you sad because I ate the last one.

Keep up the great work and keep that gorgeous smile on your face.
Hope to hear more about your other blog posts. Bye!
