Siva Samoa

Talofa lava. I am going to write about Siva Samoa. I go to siva samoa classes with my sister Rael and friends Koleka, Erana, Rudy and Zendaya. I like that it has samoa dances and the sasa. Also before we do our dance we do our introduction in samoa or english. Listen to my introuduction below. Yesterday my sister and I did Siva Samoa on zoom because were in lockdown. Fa means goodbye.

  1. Hi Josie, how wonderful that your Siva Samoa classes are continuing through Zoom. I am really impressed with your language skills in your video - malo lava! When we return to school, perhaps you could teach some of the moves you know to Mokoroa and Kaiwhare? Keep up the fabulous attitude towards your learning Josie. Stay safe and keep being kind. :-)

  2. Hey Josie it Disaree from Waikowhai Primary School, how lovely. I love your Samoan skills and the way you said it maybe you could teach me some Samoan words. Love how you guys didn't give up in your Samoan Siva and did it on Zoom classes. It so cool how you and the rest of the Samoan Siva class look so beautiful in your guys Lava's. Have a great day Josie and can't wait to see more blogs from you. Fa.

  3. Hi Josie. Well done on saying your introduction! I really like that you added photos of your lesson. It made me think about working together. Maybe next time you could add a video of what a samoan siva looks like. Great blog post. Malo lava!
