Kia ora bloggers on thursday the 13th of may me and my class went to Cameron pools. We go to Cameron pools on Tuesdays and Thursdays. First we had to go get our lunch and get our togs too. After that we had to sit on the court and eat our lunch and once we had finished eating lunch we had to put our lunch away and then go play. When we had to go we lined up and walked to the school bus. We were at Cameron pools and we had to get changed into our togs. After we got changed into our togs. When we got changd into our togs we had to sit on a seat. It was Hauraki's turn to swim. I was in a group with kids. When I went in the pool it was warm but a bit cold. We did Backstrock, freestyle and then we did dolphin kicks. A while later we had to get out of the pool because it was a different class who had to swim. So we got changed and then we had to get out of the changing room. It was hard to get changed for me. After we finished changing we had to line up. So we were finished and we walked to the bus and then we were at school then we had to get our bag and shoes. Bye bloggers.
Talofa Josie, thanks for sharing your learning through your blog. I know this reflects the swimming lessons you experienced in May, how have the lessons been different in Term Three? I love swimming, my favourite stroke is breast-stroke, closely followed by back-stroke...do you have a particular favourite, if so, why? Keep up the fabulous work with your distance learning.
ReplyDeleteHi Josie! My name is Rukia from New Windsor School. I personally have never been to Cameron pools ever, but i know what it looks like. My school doesn't have to go on a bus to swimming because we have our own pool. But if we didn't have one it would be cool to go on a bus to swimming. Anyways how do you feel about lock down? Well for me i'm a bit sad because i really wanted to go to my netball game but it's cancelled! I also planned to do a mini Olympics with my friends but we can't sadly. :(
DeleteGreat work Josie. But remember to have a little read over it before you post it so you can pick up any spelling mistakes. Its a great habit to get into - proof reading. See you Monday online.
ReplyDeleteTalofa Josie. It is great that you are doing swimming lessons in Term 3 as well. Is there anything about the lessons that you enjoy or find challenging? Maybe next time you can check your spelling and sentences. Have you considered adding a photo to your blogpost? Good effort Josie. Thanks for sharing.
